The Scottish Borders is one of the few places left in Britain where it is still dark enough to see constellations (groups of stars that make patterns). During the Astronomy Week all the S1 and S2 pupils visited the StarLab (a mobile Planetarium from the Royal Observatory Edinburgh) and learnt a wee bit about star-gazing.
