We want to remind all those who started their senior school education at Galashiels Academy, including Roxburgh Street, in 1953, joined the 4th year in 1956, or were in any part of years 1-6 between 1953 and 1959, that a Reunion is being held at the end of October, and time is running out for you to book your ticket! Remember also that spouses and/or partners will also be most welcome.
The Reunion is on Friday 30th October 2009 at 7.30pm in the Centenary Lounge at Gala Rugby Club, Nether Road, Netherdale, Galashiels.
The tickets are £10 per person, and can be obtained by sending a cheque payable to “Galashiels Academy 1953 Reunion” to: John Gray, “Firbank”, Glenfield, Galashiels, TD1 2AW, with a stamped addressed envelope for the tickets to be sent to you.
