Ipad Outlook problems
(Plus Teams, Word & one Drive Issues)
Word / Teams & the other Office apps all authenticate through Outlook so if Outlook isnt working, these apps wont work either. Outlook problems are normally caused if you change your password on a classroom computer or if your teacher changes it for you..
On the ipad in Outlook, towards the bottom of the ipad screen, a grey line will appear saying log into Outlook. Tap the link, & log into Outlook again with your Glow ID & current password.
If Authenticator always throws an error when trying to log in, Safari probably isnt logged in correctly. (see separate topic to fix this)
(Please note - due to a bug in the Outlook systems requesting a password reset in Outlook doesnt work - you will need to speak to your teacher or IT Support)
One Drive isnt working
If you are logged into Outlook correctly go into Outlook - Settings - One Drive. Reset One Drive & the problem will be fixed.
